Key Contributions as an HR Intern
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR leaders and key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide support in identifying solutions to workforce challenges.
- Workforce Analytics: Assist in analyzing workforce data and trends to support planning and decision-making processes.
- HR Systems Familiarity: Gain exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday) and contribute to data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Document and refine HR processes in collaboration with process and system experts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Administrative Support: Provide timely and accurate administration of HR processes, including onboarding, documentation, and compliance tasks.
- Project Participation: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Availability: Availability of 40 hours per week.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is advantageous but not required
