HR Generalist (Third-Party Contract)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, or Generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, recruitment, compensation, and performance processes.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
• Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
