We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused hospitality professionals to join the team at Raffles Hotel in Western Australia!

If you enjoy working behind the bar, engaging with guests and being part of a busy local venue, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for hands-on hospitality all-rounders with a strong foundation in bar and gaming service, with opportunities to develop your skills as the venue continues to grow.

About the Opportunity

As a Gaming & Bar Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the venue.

You’ll work across bar and gaming operations, delivering friendly service, maintaining a great environment for patrons and supporting the wider team.

There will also be opportunities to expand your skills and take on additional responsibilities as new services, including TAB, are introduced.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering friendly, attentive customer service across the bar and gaming areas
• Preparing and serving beverages
• Supporting gaming room operations and assisting patrons with enquiries
• Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
• Handling transactions accurately and responsibly
• Following responsible service of alcohol and gaming requirements
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth venue operations
• Building positive relationships with regular guests
• Developing your skills across gaming, bar and future TAB operations
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality experience, particularly in bar service and gaming
• Confidence working in a busy, customer-facing environment
• Current WA RSA
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A reliable, positive and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to learn and develop additional skills, including TAB operations
• Valid Australian working rights
