Hyatt Regency Deerfield is seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Agent with prior hotel front desk experience to deliver exceptional service from arrival through departure.

Previous hotel front desk experience is required. Applicants without hotel experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest accounts.
• Answer calls and respond promptly to guest questions and requests.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
• Communicate hotel amenities, services, and local recommendations.
• Follow cash-handling, security, and guest privacy procedures.
• Maintain accurate shift records and communicate outstanding issues during handoffs.

What You Bring

• Prior hotel front desk experience—required.
• Experience using a hotel property management system; Hyatt experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy when processing payments and handling guest information.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods.
• A professional, welcoming approach and reliable attendance.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
