Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality and a genuine love of making people happy.
• A degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations or guest relations, ideally with supervisory or managerial experience.
• A natural talent for listening, problem-solving, and turning tricky situations around.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with additional languages a definite plus.
• A positive, hands-on attitude and the confidence to make thoughtful decisions that put guests first.
