岗位职责：

1. 负责拓展和管理B2B业务的合作渠道；

2. 通过多种资源链接方式（直客、转介绍、展会等）寻找有B2B客户资源的合作方；

3. 通过有效的商务谈判，与渠道建立合作关系，并通过把控双方合作的价值点，培养和挖掘渠道推荐客户的习惯和意识，达成长期有效的合作模式，从而达成自己的业务目标；

4. 与渠道持续加强信任关系，通过高频沟通和组织培训，让渠道理解我司需要的客户画像并能介绍我司产品的优势价值点，从而推动渠道更精准地推荐目标客户；

5. 有风险管理意识，能对渠道合作过程中可能发生的风险有概念并有防范意识。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，2年以上B类业务渠道拓展经验，有跨境支付、SAAS、ERP、银行、财税类渠道管理经验者优先；

• 有很强的学习能力，能够快速学习公司产品，理解业务相关的行业知识；

• 具备出色的沟通和表达能力，能独立完成和渠道的商务谈判，并维系好渠道日常合作关系；

• 结果导向，具备强烈的自我驱动力和抗压能力，有良好的逻辑思考和归纳总结习惯，有根据自身业务目标拆分渠道目标和过程管理指标的经验；

• 具备风险意识，能了解跨境支付上的常见风险，能预判渠道合作上容易发生的问题，在管理渠道的同时有识别潜在问题的敏感度。
