As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. You will be part of our Process + Systems team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence. 

How you create impact

You will do this by working with a variety of stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

• To ensure all customer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) projects are completed successfully.
• To ensure successful delivery of system solution implementations + migration projects.
• To collaborate with the production team to ensure all order systems are connected + end-to-end (E2E) tested with our transport management systems (TMS).
• To elevate customers understanding on EDI requirement via our customer solution teams.
• To ensure an order systems training strategy is in place to support identification of training needs + deliverance of end users training.
• To ensure alignment of processes + implementations of order systems with corporate strategy.
• To act as focal point to identify gaps + feedback, test + communicate new features + bug fixes to the countries.
• To collaborate with the ISC team on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monitoring, data quality improvement + co-creation of action plans.
