Graduate Trainee (Retail and Product Operations)

ADIDAS HONG KONG GRADUATE PROGRAM — PRODUCT & RETAIL TRAINEE

Ready to turn your ideas into impact and result? Over 24 months, you will take on meaningful rotation across commercial functions such as Product Management, Retail Operations, and Business Planning & Development.

With support from experienced leaders and mentors, you will build a broad view of our business, learn by doing, and contribute to how we create the best for the athlete.

You will also join the Greater China Graduate Program community, learning alongside fellow graduates through business and leadership workshops, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to grow your network.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Degree in Business Administration, Fashion retail management, Textile & Manufacturing or relevant discipline, with a strong academic record
• No more than 24 months of full-time postgraduate work experience
• A genuine passion for sport, fashion, retail, consumer experience, and the adidas brand
• Commercial awareness and an interest in consumer and market trends
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• A teamplay mindset and the confidence to contribute your perspective
• Curiosity to challenge the status quo and turn new ideas into actions
• Agility, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-moving environment
• An international mindset and openness to mobility
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Chinese
