Global Process Owner S&OP Supply Planning (m/f/d)

As we continue our global Sales & Operations Planning transformation, we are looking for a passionate supply chain professional to define and drive our future supply planning landscape. In this highly visible global role, you will shape standardized processes, implement cutting-edge planning solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions.
Global Process Owner S&OP Supply Planning (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Lead the Supply Planning workstream within GF IIFS's global S&OP software implementation, focusing on Master Production Planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, and the integration of inventory, transportation, and supplier planning
- Design, harmonize, implement, and continuously improve the global S&OP Supply Planning process, including governance, standards, documentation, and master data requirements
- Act as the global process and tool owner for S&OP Supply Planning, ensuring effective adoption, stability, and long-term development
- Define and monitor global Supply Planning KPIs, enabling transparency, performance management, and comparability across regions and business units
- Build and develop a global network of process champions and key users while creating training concepts, user guides, and knowledge-sharing frameworks
- Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and regional teams to ensure end-to-end alignment across the S&OP process
Your profile:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Advanced Planning Systems (APS), or supply chain transformation projects within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of supply planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, supplier collaboration, and end-to-end S&OP processes, combined with proven experience in planning system implementations
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), as well as analytical and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Proven ability to drive process standardization, change management, and stakeholder alignment in an international, matrix-based organization
- Strong communication and leadership skills, a structured and data-driven mindset, and professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
- Important information: The position can be filled either in Switzerland (Schaffhausen, Seewis, Subingen) or in Germany (Ettenheim, Albershausen, Hassfurt)
