Your Key Responsibilities

What You will do?

As Global Head Of Lubrication Business, you will be responsible for building and scaling our Lubrication Business within Industrial Bearings. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, establish market presence, and create a sustainable growth engine in an attractive and evolving market

• Define and execute a global growth strategy for the Lubrication Business, establishing a long-term vision, ambitious business objectives, and a differentiated market position
• Build and lead a profitable global business with full commercial and operational accountability, including revenue growth, profitability, and organizational development
• Develop and commercialize a compelling portfolio of lubrication products, services, and integrated solutions that address customer needs across industrial applications
• Identify and capture new market opportunities, applications, and customer segments by translating industry trends into sustainable business growth
• Expand strategic relationships with global OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, distributors, and industrial end-users, creating long-term partnerships and growth opportunities
• Drive the development of recurring aftermarket, service, and lifecycle revenue streams, strengthening customer retention and profitability
• Lead the creation of a high-performing global organization across sales, business development, application engineering, product management, and other critical functions
• Leverage strategic partnerships, alliances, acquisitions, and other inorganic growth opportunities to accelerate market expansion and capability building
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of business objectives
• Act as a visible industry leader and trusted partner, representing the business internally and externally

Your Qualifications

What we are Looking for?

We are looking for an experienced business leader with a strong track record of growing, transforming, or scaling businesses in lubrication, specialty chemicals, industrial solutions, or related industries. The ideal candidate combines industry expertise with strong commercial skills and a proven ability to drive profitable growth in international markets.

• University degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• MBA or equivalent international business qualification is an advantage

• Proven leadership experience within industrial lubricants, specialty lubricants, tribology, process fluids, performance materials, or closely related industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of lubrication technologies, industrial applications, customer requirements, and market dynamics
• Ability to translate market trends, customer insights, and technological developments into successful business strategies
• Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated success in devoloping customer relationships
• Highly execution-focused with the ability to convert strategic vision into measurable business outcome
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills in an international business environment
