Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management processes, including transportation planning, freight order management, carrier management, freight settlement, integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA, and AMS support operations.

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP TM applications in a global AMS environment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions for recurring issues.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in on-call support, hypercare, and critical business support activities.
• Work closely with business users to understand transportation and logistics requirements.
• Configure and support SAP TM functionalities including:
  • Transportation Planning
  • Freight Unit Management
  • Freight Order Management
  • Carrier Selection
  • Tendering Process
  • Freight Cost Management
  • Freight Settlement
  • Charge Management
  • Transportation Cockpit
  • Transportation Execution
• Support integration with:
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP EWM
  • SAP GTS
  • SAP Business Network for Logistics
  • Third-Party Carrier Systems
• Execute unit testing, SIT, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Assist business users during testing cycles and defect management.
