Professional Qualifications and Experience

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess a strong background and demonstrable experience in SAP SuccessFactors and associated reporting frameworks:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working within SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM environments.
• At least 3 years of hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors reporting tools including but not limited to Report Center, Story Reports, Table Reports, and dashboards.
• Proven track record of effectively gathering detailed reporting requirements and transforming them into executable report designs and test cases.
• Deep understanding of SuccessFactors data models, schema structures, permission management, and regulatory compliance considerations related to data privacy.
• Skilled in creating complex queries, calculated columns, and dynamic filtering to deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Experienced in troubleshooting report inaccuracies, data issues, and security access challenges.
• Familiarity with testing protocols such as SIT and UAT, including managing defect resolution workflows and ensuring smooth report deployment.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with effective documentation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective communication and coordination with project leads and client stakeholders.

Preferred Credentials:

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, People Analytics, or related modules demonstrates a professional edge.
• Experience integrating SAP Analytics Cloud solutions with SuccessFactors Story Reports.
• Exposure to Workforce Analytics platforms, operational dashboards, and metrics packs.
• Hands-on involvement in multi-module SuccessFactors implementations spanning Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Learning.
• Expertise in migrating legacy reporting systems to newer Story Reports architecture, ensuring seamless client transition.
