Forklift Driver

Worker is responsible for the efficient receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials. This role includes verifying delivered quantities against supporting documents, checking material condition and specifications, and ensuring accurate recording of receipts. The individual will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by properly identifying, labeling, and storing materials at designated warehouse locations in accordance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving and unloading incoming materials and shipments.
• Verifying quantities, part numbers, and material conditions against purchase orders, delivery challans, and other documentation.
• Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to the concerned department.
• Ensuring materials are stored safely and systematically at designated storage locations.
• Maintaining proper material identification, labeling, and traceability.
• Supporting inventory control through accurate stock handling and record maintenance.
• Following warehouse safety standards, housekeeping requirements, and material handling procedures.
• Assisting with stock counts, inventory audits, and material movements as required.
• Forklift driving certification or practical forklift operating skills will be considered an added advantage for this role.
