Multiple opportunities | Commencing from 20 November

Want to work in one of Tasmania’s most spectacular locations?

We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Team Members to join the team at Freycinet Lodge. With around five positions available, we’re particularly looking for experienced waitstaff to join our formal dining team in the Bay Restaurant, along with an opportunity for an experienced Bartender.

Whether you’re looking for your next hospitality adventure on your own or travelling and working as a couple, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Depending on your experience, you could be:

• Providing warm, professional table service in our Bay Restaurant
• Creating a memorable dining experience for our guests
• Taking food and beverage orders and sharing your knowledge of the menu
• Serving and recommending wines and beverages
• Preparing and serving cocktails and other drinks behind the bar
• Working across breakfast and dinner service, including some split shifts

What You'll Bring

We’d love to hear from people who have:

• Previous experience in hospitality, particularly restaurant or formal dining service
• A genuine passion for providing great guest experiences
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
• The flexibility to work across breakfast, dinner and split shifts
• Wine knowledge or experience in food and wine service
• A WSET qualification, which would be a fantastic advantage
• For our bartender opportunity, basic mixology and cocktail-making experience

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in giving guests an experience they’ll remember.
