Fire Suppression Service Technician

What you will do

Perform service and repairs on Kitchen Hood Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites.  Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL.  Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products.  

How you will do it

·                  Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

·                  Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.  

·                  Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.

·                  Excellent communication and organizational skills

·                  Outstanding Customer-facing service and problem-solving skills

·                  PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications

·                  Required experience in installing and servicing ANSUL, PyroChem & Piranha systems

·                  Valid US driver’s license & REAL ID

HIRING HOURLY RANGE:$22.79 - $28.51 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)  This position includes a competitive benefits package.
