As a Field Specialist III – WBC, you will be responsible for supporting Wellbore Construction operations by applying your technical knowledge and field experience to execute medium-risk applications and deliver high-quality service at customer locations. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operational execution.

As a Field Specialist III – WBC, you will utilize your knowledge of drilling, completion, and workover operations while supporting a variety of Wellbore Construction applications. As a Field Specialist III – WBC, you will be responsible for:
- Executing Wellbore Construction applications in accordance with operational procedures, customer requirements, and safety standards.
- Running multiple medium-risk applications within one or more product lines in the Wellbore Construction Product Group.
- Supporting lower-risk applications across other product groups, as required.
- Applying general knowledge of drilling, completion, and workover rig operations during job execution.
- Assisting with the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Wellbore Construction equipment and associated tools.
- Collaborating effectively with customers, field personnel, and cross-functional teams to support successful outcomes.
- Monitoring job performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
- Maintaining accurate service documentation, operational reports, and job records.
- Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Promoting a positive safety culture and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Sharing operational knowledge and best practices with team members to support service excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a two-year Technical Degree from an accredited institution, preferred.
- Have relevant industry experience and Wellbore Construction product line training.
- Demonstrate competency in running multiple medium-risk applications within one or more Wellbore Construction product lines.
- Have the ability to support lower-risk applications across other product groups.
- Possess general knowledge of drilling, completion, and workover rig operations.
- Have strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
- Have the ability to work effectively in a field-based environment while managing multiple operational priorities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
