Executive/Senior Executive (Accounts)(Contract)

[What the role is]

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive finance professional to support our revenue and financial operations.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities include the following:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.
• Identify and accurately apply customer receipts against open invoices.
• Monitor the Training Management System (TMS)–Workday interface and resolve transaction or interface exceptions.
• Process course participant refunds accurately and promptly.
• Support TMS-related month-end closing and ensure revenue and costs are completely and accurately recorded.
• Prepare journal entries for accounting corrections and reclassifications.
• Maintain appropriate supporting documentation and audit trails.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and system vendors to resolve operational and system issues.
• Proactively follow up and escalate outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.

• Areas of study in Accounting or other relevant professional qualifications
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Independent and ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution
• Comfortable working in transaction-intensive environment, with a strong commitment to financial controls and service excellence
• Relevant experience in finance or accounting operations
• Experience in ERP/financial systems, particularly Workday Financial Management or Treasury Management Systems is preferred
