Location - Turbhe, Navi Mumbai SBU - Data & Ratings Functiion - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in driving data product strategy, including market opportunity assessment, revenue potential analysis, competitive benchmarking, and data partnership development.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale customer projects with end-to-end ownership of project management, stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and execution.
• Strong leadership experience managing data teams, ensuring effective project tracking, resource planning, and timely delivery of business-critical objectives.
• Hands-on expertise in Cloud, Databricks, SQL, RDBMS, PySpark, and Python, with a focus on building scalable data solutions and automating data processes.

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Engineering, Product Management, or Project Management, with a strong understanding of data-driven business environments.
• Educational background in BE/BTech, MBA, or Postgraduate programs, complemented by experience in managing data projects, driving operational excellence, and delivering business outcomes.
• Industry exposure to India market data operations within Data Startups, Business Information Companies, Credit Rating Agencies, or similar data-centric organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, technology, and client-facing teams.
