Job Description

• Support the Executive Office in coordinating regional leadership initiatives, preparing presentations, executive summaries, and briefing materials. 
• Assist with cross-functional projects, including hotel openings, by tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. 
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to support strategic decision-making and innovation initiatives. 
• Analyse performance data and operational KPIs, delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Passion for hospitality, operations, and business strategy.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
