Executive Assistant
About the Role
CoreWeave is building the next-generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. We’re looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and partner closely with the Chief of Staff. You’ll help the CMO stay focused on the highest-impact work by anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and ensuring the marketing organization runs smoothly.
This role calls for exceptional judgment, discretion, and composure. You’ll handle sensitive information, make confident decisions with limited context, and respond effectively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive planner who builds strong working relationships, improves how work gets done, and brings flexibility and a good sense of humor to the day.
The role requires regular travel between our New York and New Jersey offices, onsite presence whenever the CMO is in the office (up to four days per week), and approximately 60% travel alongside the CMO. Availability outside traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends, is needed for urgent requests and travel changes.
What You’ll Do
-
Own and strategically manage a complex calendar across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts, protecting focus time, and making real-time decisions aligned with business priorities.
-
Partner daily with the Chief of Staff to align on priorities, coordinate the CMO’s time and travel, and support seamless execution across the marketing organization.
-
Arrange frequent and sometimes last-minute domestic and international travel, and travel alongside the CMO as needed.
-
Travel regularly between the New York and New Jersey offices and be onsite whenever the CMO is in the office.
-
Act as a trusted gatekeeper and partner, ensuring the CMO’s time is focused on the highest-impact priorities.
-
Build positive working relationships with internal teams, key partners, agencies, and vendors.
-
Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and other assistants to plan and execute team activities, including all-hands meetings, off-sites, and social events.
-
Handle expense reports and reconciliation.
-
Work with fellow assistants on collaborative, company-wide projects and initiatives.
-
Respond to urgent needs outside traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends, particularly when travel plans change.
Who You Are
-
Have 3+ years of experience providing administrative support.
-
Can prioritize effectively and manage multiple assignments at once.
-
Bring light project management and event-planning experience.
-
Make sound decisions independently, even when context is limited, and know when to push back.
-
Demonstrate strong business judgment, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to act with appropriate urgency.
-
Have experience supporting leaders in fast-paced, high-growth, or technical environments.
-
Are highly organized, motivated, and effective with minimal supervision while coordinating across locations and time zones.
-
Are willing to travel approximately 60% of the time, including regular travel between our New York and New Jersey offices, and to be onsite whenever the CMO is in the office, up to four days per week.
-
Can be available outside traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends, for urgent needs and travel changes.
-
Are comfortable using tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
Experience partnering closely with a Chief of Staff or similar strategic partner, and supporting executives in environments requiring a high degree of privacy and confidentiality, is preferred. The role requires the utmost discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information and working with executives inside and outside the company.
