[What the role is]
You will be part of a dynamic team in an HDB Office to manage various improvement projects and to serve the residents by providing quality housing & maintenance services[What you will be working on]
- Managing various improvement projects, which includes improvement works to HDB flats and car parks
- Management of consultants and contractors, and handling contract administration matters such as processing payments, claims, assessing the need for variation works, extension of time.
- Conducting regular site audits and liaison with stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards, are delivered on time, and within budget.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in home maintenance and estate management.
[What we are looking for]
- relevant technical background and/or experience (e.g. construction-related discipline) would be advantageous, but not necessary.
- effective communication skills,
- a passion to serve,
- the ability to work independently,
- confidence and assertiveness, and
- a willingness to learn
Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract and will be based at HDB Hub, Toa Payoh.
