Enterprise Demand Generation Marketing Manager
We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
About the role
This role is based in our San Francisco office and is also open to remote candidates in the US.
We're hiring an Enterprise Demand Generation Marketing Manager to build and run the programs that fill our pipeline. You'll own campaigns across paid media, webinars, account-based marketing, and social, from strategy through launch and optimization.
This is a builder role. You'll stand up programs that don't exist yet, ship them quickly, and scale what works. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Design and RevOps to turn target accounts into qualified pipeline.
What you'll do
Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta and content syndication channels, owning budget pacing, testing and reporting on CAC, pipeline and ROI
Run the webinar program end to end: pick topics and speakers, drive promotion and production, and manage follow-up through to pipeline conversion
Partner with Sales to define target account lists and build tiered account-based marketing plays (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), orchestrating multi-channel touches that drive engagement and meetings
Use paid and organic social to reach buyers, amplify campaigns and generate demand, working closely with Content and Creative
Define KPIs for each program and collaborate with RevOps on dashboards that show what's contributing to pipeline and revenue
Stand up new channels and programs, test quickly, cut what isn't working and scale what is
Align daily with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Content, Design and RevOps on targets, messaging and handoffs
What you'll need
3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google or Meta, with a track record of hitting pipeline targets
Experience building and scaling a webinar program that converts attendees into pipeline
Experience running account-based marketing in close partnership with Sales, including account selection, orchestration and measurement
A track record of using paid and organic social as a demand channel
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with attribution, funnel metrics and turning data into decisions
Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (for example, HubSpot or Marketo, and Salesforce)
Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to align multiple teams around a plan
Experience marketing to large, complex organizations with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Strong project management instincts; you can run several overlapping campaigns at once and keep timelines, owners and dependencies organized
A builder's mindset: you'd rather create programs, processes and playbooks from scratch than inherit a finished machine
A collaborative approach; you work across teams every day, share credit, take feedback well, and treat Sales as a partner
Comfort using AI tools as part of your daily workflow, for drafting copy, building audience lists and analyzing campaign results
Nice to have:
Experience marketing to creative, media or enterprise audiences
Experience on an early-stage or scaling marketing team
Familiarity with AI tools that speed up campaign production and analysis
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you, even if you don't check every box.
