Key Responsibilities

• Manage design quality activities (such as design review, buyoff, FMEA review etc.) for optical transceiver
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on potential failure or sample failures
• Participate in design review,  and failure analysis meeting for different projects and push for executions
• Maintain lesson learnt from both design phase and MP phase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Electrical, Optical, Mechanical and Chemistry or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Engineering/ R&D/ Product Engineering. Experience in optical/assembly/mechanical/electrical field is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of quality analysis methodologies such as FMEA, MSA, SPC etc. Certified Six sigma green belt or above is an advantage
• Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as Excel, JMP, Minitab etc
• Excellent problem-solving skill with data driven conclusions
• Strong communication skill and work as a team member
• Experience of PCBA circuit design or Optical design is a plus
• Able to communicate both written and verbally in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
