The Impact You'll Make

As our Division Packaging Engineer, you’ll play a key role in minimizing waste, reducing costs, and ensuring product safety during transportation and storage by developing and deploying innovative packaging solutions across our Fluid Conveyance global sites.

You’ll collaborate with internal partners such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Sales, and Procurement, and take ownership of packaging design, compliance, prototyping, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement—helping us move toward a more innovative and sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop innovative and cost-effective packaging solutions to ensure product integrity from supplier to customer.
• Create physical prototypes and conduct rigorous testing (drop, vibration, environmental) to validate packaging.
• Ensure all packaging solutions comply with relevant regulations and lead sustainability initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, sustainability, and performance enhancement.
• Serve as the technical packaging expert for internal teams and champion the adoption of industry best practices.
