You will...

• Install, integrate, and validate electrical distribution systems — wiring harnesses, power distribution units, fuses, relays, and connectors — across sensor, compute, and actuation modules on autonomous truck platforms
• Work closely with mechanical and software teams to translate power and signal requirements into robust distribution architecture
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, shorts, and wiring issues on prototype and production vehicles
• Build, test, and repair wiring harnesses to automotive-grade standards
• Support basic mechanical assembly tasks (sensor and actuator mounting, connector and bracket installation) as they relate to electrical system integration
• Support vehicle build, integration, and test cycles, ensuring electrical systems meet reliability and safety requirements for on-road use
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness drawings
• Maintain accurate documentation of builds, test results, and issue resolution using PLM/document control tools
• Diagnose and drive resolution of technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams

  Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics Technology, Automotive Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2+ years of experience with automotive or industrial electrical distribution systems, wiring harness build, or related work
• Proficient reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Working knowledge of low-voltage vehicle electrical systems; experience with 12V/24V/high-voltage automotive systems a plus
• Familiarity with NEC/NFPA 70E or equivalent electrical safety standards
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, torque tools, crimping tools, and test equipment (multimeters, continuity testers, oscilloscopes)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced prototype/build environment with evolving requirements

  Bonus Qualifications:

• Autonomous Vehicle and/or automotive industry experience is a plus
• Experience with sensor and compute integration on vehicle platforms
• Familiarity with PLM tools and document revision control
