- Establish clear funnel stages, ownership, qualification criteria and handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Relationship Management and Onboarding.
- Create and execute nurture strategies that regularly deliver relevant content to prospects at each stage of the funnel.
- Partner with Marketing and subject-matter experts to align thought leadership, product content, case studies and other materials with prospect needs and buying stages.
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks and conversion opportunities throughout the client journey.
- Develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline activity, conversion rates, campaign performance and revenue attribution.
- CRM Implementation and Management

- Establish CRM standards for data entry, lead routing, pipeline stages, activity tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain data quality, system integrity, and consistent adoption across teams.
- Build automated workflows, lead-nurture programs, alerts, and reporting capabilities.
- Train employees on CRM processes and develop supporting documentation and best practices.
- Work with internal technology, information security, and compliance teams to ensure the CRM meets the firm’s operational and regulatory requirements.
- SEO and SEM
- Lead the firm’s SEO and SEM strategy in partnership with external vendors.
- Manage vendor priorities, deliverables, budgets, and performance expectations.
- Identify keyword, content, and paid-media opportunities that support the firm’s product and growth priorities.
- Monitor search rankings, website traffic, conversion activity, and campaign performance.
- Translate performance data into clear recommendations for improving visibility, engagement, and qualified lead generation.
- Website Management
- Manage the ongoing development and optimization of the RQD* website.
- Create and maintain product-support pages, FAQs, contact forms, landing pages, and other conversion-focused content.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure website content is accurate, current and aligned with the firm’s positioning.
- Improve website navigation and user journeys so prospects can easily find relevant information and take the appropriate next step.
- Ensure forms, CRM integrations, analytics and lead-routing processes operate effectively.
- Monitor website performance and recommend enhancements based on visitor behavior and conversion data.
- Coordinate compliance review and approvals for website updates when required.
Required Qualifications:
