Digital Platform & Data Manager

As our Digital Platform & Data Manager, you will shape how Sonova communicates across its corporate digital channels. You will manage key platforms, turn data into actionable insights and help strengthen Sonova’s digital presence and reputation.

More about the role :

• Manage and continuously improve sonova.com and other corporate digital communication platforms.
• Establish platform governance and ensure consistent, compliant use across the organization.
• Own digital analytics, reporting and reputation measurement, providing actionable insights and KPIs to key stakeholders and senior executives.
• Use audience and performance data to optimize digital communication and engagement.
• Support reputation management and integrated corporate campaigns, including performance tracking.
• Train and support internal teams in using relevant digital platforms and tools.
• Identify digital trends, technologies and best practices to continuously improve our digital communication.

More about you : 

• Relevant experience in digital communications, corporate communications, digital platforms or reputation management.
• Strong understanding of website and digital channel management, governance and analytics.
• Experience translating data into clear insights and recommendations for different stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with website/CMS, analytics, reporting and reputation-management tools.
• Strong stakeholder and external agency management skills.
• Proactive, analytical and focused on continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
