Digital Media Consultant (Video, Social & Display)

Your Role  

As a Digital Media Consultant, you will   be responsible for   the execution,   optimisation , and day-to-day management of video, social, and display campaigns. You will work closely with senior team members and client leads while increasingly taking ownership of your own projects and client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, is curious to learn, and is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You Will Do  

Deliver   great work  

Manage and   optimise   campaigns across YouTube (Google Ads and DV360), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Display, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and perform against   objectives .

Support client success  

Help translate client   objectives   into media plans and recommendations. Monitor performance,   identify   opportunities, and contribute to meaningful discussions with clients.

Grow your   expertise  

Develop a deeper understanding of social, video, display, and measurement. Stay up to date with platform developments and share learnings with the team.

Collaborate across teams  

Work closely with strategists, analytics specialists, creatives, and client leads to deliver integrated campaigns that drive results.

Take ownership  

Own your deliverables from start to finish, proactively solve problems, and continuously look for ways to improve how we work.

Keep learning

Take advantage of dentsu learning   programmes , platform certifications, and knowledge-sharing opportunities across our EMEA network.

Your Profile  

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital media, ideally within an agency environment;

• Hands-on experience with paid social (Meta,   TikTok   and/or LinkedIn), YouTube, and Display (DV360 and/or GDN);

• Comfortable working with data and performance reporting, including Excel and dashboards;

• Organized   and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn;

• Strong communication   skills and confidence working with colleagues and clients;

• Fluent in English. Dutch is a strong advantage.
