Design & Mechanical Engineer

Technical duties 技术职责

l   Sales support: provide bidding documents, including but not limited to: proposal layout, preliminary BOM, space management plan, etc. according to the client’s RFQ

销售支持：根据客户的RFQ提供投标文件，包括但不限于：方案布置、材料清单估算、空间管理方案等等

l   Projects execution: provide isometric sketch, schematic drawing, tank and vessel outline drawing, provide construction models/drawings/documents: 2D/3D skid, equipment layout, civil requirement, material list, etc.

项目执行：提供等轴测草图、原理图、储罐和容器外形图，以及施工用模型/图纸/文件：2D/3D撬装设备、设备布局、土建要求、材料清单等等

l   Projects execution: conduct site survey, fabrication and installation verification, design review, BIM coordination (space management), design clarification to client/supplier/sub-contractor, or other related parties

项目执行：‌实施现场勘察，制造与安装核查，设计审查，BIM协调（空间管理），向客户、供应商、分包商或其他相关方进行设计澄清

l   Projects execution: provide calculation sheet (with third party if applicable), mainly including: equipment loading, pipe rack, pipe thermal expansion, inertial base, anchor bolt, seismic, etc.

项目执行：提供计算书（与第三方一起，如适用），主要包括：设备荷载、管架、管道热膨胀、惯性基座、地脚螺栓、抗震等等

l   Provide as-built documents and drawings according to project requirement, summarize project experience and lessons, feedback to related departments

按项目要求完成竣工文件和图纸， 整理总结项目经验和教训，反馈给相关部门

Management duties 管理职责

For each project, Senior Design & Mechanical Engineer will be assigned to lead (or partially lead) design work. Main responsibilities:

每个项目中，高级机械设计工程师将被分配主导（或部分主导）负责设计团队工作。主要职责如下：

l   Design quality and standard control, ensuring the design meets customer requirements and relevant specifications

设计质量与标准控制，确保设计满足客户需求与相关规范

l   ‌Coordinating with procurement for material management and purchase confirmation

配合采购进行材料管理及采购确认

l   Coordinating project execution to manage design schedule

配合项目执行协调管理设计进度‌

l   Cross-disciplinary coordination and BIM collaboration

跨专业协调与BIM协同

l   Construction support and on-site trouble shooting and resolution

‌施工支持与现场问题查找和处理

l   ‌Document archiving and as-built data management

文档归档与竣工资料管理

l   Providing training, direction, and accuracy of work within department; scheduling workflow for drafters and other engineering team members

为部门内员工提供培训、指导并确保工作准确性，安排制图员及其他工程人员的工作流程

External relations 对外联系

l   Technical clarification with client or general contractor, update proposal/design accordingly

跟客户或总包技术澄清，根据要求更新方案/设计

l   Deal with partners or suppliers, supervise and guide the technical issue

对接合作伙伴或供应商，技术沟通与协调

l   Space management and BIM collaboration with parallel contractors

与平行包商一起完成空间管理及BIM协调

Safety and working conditions 安全及工作

l   Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
