Design Lead

Job Summary

Lead installation, startup, upgrades and technical escalations while mentoring field 
engineers and interfacing with customer engineering teams.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, 
Semiconductor Engineering, or a related discipline.
Equipment Experience (Any One or More)
Endura PVD, Endura CVD, Electra Plating, Olympia ALD, Centura ALD, Producer ALD, 
Producer GT, Producer SE, Producer Black Diamond, Centura HDP CVD, Centris Sym3 Etch, 
Selectra Etch, Reflexion GT, Reflexion LK Prime, Mirra Mesa, SEMVision, PROVision, 
Radiance RTP, Centura RP Epi
Taiwan Experience
Experience supporting TSMC, UMC, PSMC, Powerchip, VIS, Winbond, ASE, SPIL, or Micron 
Taiwan. Experience working in Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, or Kaohsiung fabs preferred. 
Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tool installation and commissioning activities.
• Resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
• Support upgrades, relocations and qualifications.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
• Coordinate with factory and customer teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction and uptime improvements.

• Cleanroom and EHS compliance
• Problem solving and technical troubleshooting
