Who A.Team is?
A.Team builds the agentic operating system for the enterprise. Every company is being told AI will change how it works, and few are seeing it happen. We’re here to change that. We build AI systems that capture what a company knows as work happens, carry it across teams and decisions, and get smarter with every outcome. We pair them with top AI talent who embed with our customers to make sure those systems get adopted and keep improving. Today we’re focused on consumer packaged goods. Global CPG marketing teams use A.Team to act on cultural trends as they happen, optimize campaigns and media spend, and turn commercial and pricing signals into clear decisions. We’re proven in production with Fortune 500 brands and partner with Google Cloud, Microsoft, Anthropic and OpenAI.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced enterprise transformation and delivery leader to own the end-to-end success of one of A.Team's most strategic enterprise clients.
You will lead a complex, multi-workstream AI transformation program, working closely with senior client executives and A.Team's product, engineering, and delivery teams. Your responsibility is to translate business priorities into an actionable roadmap, drive execution across teams, ensure successful adoption, and deliver measurable business impact.
This is a highly visible leadership role that combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and executive relationship management. You will be the single point of accountability for the overall success of the client program—from defining priorities and aligning stakeholders to ensuring solutions are delivered, adopted, and generating value.
You'll work closely with the Account Executive, who owns the commercial relationship, renewals, and expansion, while you own delivery execution and client outcomes.
We're looking for someone who has successfully led large-scale enterprise transformation or technology implementation programs, can navigate complex organizations, and knows how to turn ambitious strategies into real-world results.
What You'll Do
Own End-to-End Client Delivery: Take full accountability for the successful delivery of a strategic enterprise client program, from defining priorities and planning through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact. Ensure all workstreams deliver against agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate product, engineering, PMs, and AIOps teams to deliver as one integrated program. Set priorities, manage dependencies and risks, resolve escalations, and ensure clear ownership and accountability across teams.
Define and Drive the Deployment Roadmap: Work with client stakeholders to translate business objectives into a prioritized roadmap of AI use cases. Identify high-impact opportunities, validate them quickly with our Pathfinder team, and continuously evolve the roadmap based on business needs and results.
Ensure Successful Implementation: Oversee the deployment of AI solutions, from initial pilots through production rollout and ongoing operations. Proactively identify and remove blockers, manage delivery risks, and ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
Drive Adoption and Change Management: Ensure deployed solutions become embedded in the client's day-to-day workflows. Work with business stakeholders to drive organizational alignment, overcome resistance, address training needs, and maximize adoption.
Deliver Measurable Business Value: Define success metrics and business cases for each initiative. Track performance, adoption, and ROI, ensuring the program delivers tangible business outcomes rather than simply shipping technology.
Lead Executive Stakeholder Relationships: Serve as the primary delivery counterpart to senior client executives. Build trusted relationships, align stakeholders across functions, manage expectations, lead executive reviews, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Partner with the Account Executive: Work closely with the AE, who owns the commercial relationship, renewals, and expansion. Surface new opportunities, provide evidence of delivered value, and ensure alignment between client priorities, delivery commitments, and commercial objectives.
Build a Scalable Delivery Playbook: Capture lessons learned, establish best practices, and develop repeatable processes that can be applied across future enterprise deployments.
Must-Haves
Enterprise Transformation Leadership: 8+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation, technology implementation, or innovation programs for major enterprises. You've owned complex programs from strategy through execution and delivered measurable business outcomes. Experience may come from management consulting, enterprise technology companies, or in-house transformation leadership. This is the most important requirement for the role.
End-to-End Program Ownership: Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, resolving dependencies, and driving execution. You take full accountability for outcomes, even when teams don't report directly to you.
Executive Stakeholder Management: A track record of building trusted relationships with senior enterprise executives, navigating complex organizations, aligning stakeholders with competing interests, and influencing decisions. You're equally comfortable in the boardroom and working hands-on with delivery teams.
AI and Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of how enterprise AI and technology solutions are designed, built, integrated, deployed, and operated. You can engage confidently with engineers and technical leaders, challenge assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and translate technical complexity into business implications. You don't need to be an engineer.
Business Acumen and Value Realization: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans, define meaningful success metrics, build compelling business cases, and demonstrate measurable value through adoption, operational improvements, and ROI.
Decisiveness and Problem-Solving: Strong judgment and a bias for action. You can navigate ambiguity, make difficult trade-offs, resolve complex problems, and keep teams focused on what matters most.
London-Based: Based in London, with the ability to work on-site with enterprise clients and travel to New York and other client locations as needed.
Nice-to-Haves
CPG, marketing or commercial-function experience
Experience driving adoption of AI or agentic tools inside large enterprises
Experience at an early-stage company where you built the playbook, not just ran it
Background spanning consulting and product or delivery leadership
