Demand Account Manager - Xsolla Ads & Rewards

Remote United States only

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for a commercially driven, analytically sharp, and results-oriented Account Manager to join the Xsolla Offerwall team. This is an exciting opportunity to own the advertiser side of a premium rewarded inventory network at the intersection of mobile gaming, user acquisition, and advertising technology. The best candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and is passionate about helping game studios achieve their acquisition goals through performance-driven advertising.

In this client-facing role, you'll build and grow relationships with gaming studios and UA teams, optimizing campaign performance and ensuring partners get measurable results through Xsolla's Offerwall. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to advertisers, translating data into actionable strategies, and collaborate closely with Xsolla's product, operations, and technical teams to continuously improve the partner experience.

Strong account management skills, a deep familiarity with mobile gaming and performance advertising, and the ability to balance day-to-day campaign management with long-term partner growth will be key to your success. If you're energized by the intersection of gaming and performance marketing and love building meaningful advertiser relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

    Strategic Account Ownership
  • Own a portfolio of strategic advertiser and demand-side accounts running high-value user acquisition campaigns on the Xsolla Offerwall, serving as the senior point of contact for both day-to-day management and long-term strategic growth.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and by leading the onboarding of new, high-priority demand partners aligned with Xsolla's publisher network.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to UA and monetization leadership at partner studios, providing senior-level guidance on budget allocation, creative strategy, targeting, and bid optimization within the Offerwall environment.
  •   Problem Solving & Diagnostics
  • Serve as the escalation point for the most complex, ambiguous account issues — performance anomalies with no obvious cause, cross-functional breakdowns, or conflicts between partner expectations and platform capabilities — and drive them to resolution.
  • Approach every issue methodically: isolate variables, form and test hypotheses against the data, and distinguish root causes from surface-level symptoms before recommending a fix.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely, using KPIs such as CPI, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, and LTV to diagnose issues, surface insights, and recommend optimizations that improve outcomes for advertisers.
  • Anticipate risk before it materializes — using pattern recognition from past account issues to flag potential problems proactively and build safeguards into partner strategies.
  • Coach and support other account managers in developing a structured, diagnostic approach to partner problems, raising the problem-solving bar across the team
  •   Strategy & Cross-Functional Influence
  • Develop and present data-driven business reviews, campaign recaps, and growth roadmaps that translate performance metrics and problem resolutions into clear, executive-ready strategies for partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Xsolla's product, operations, and technical teams to relay partner feedback, resolve campaign blockers, and directly influence the product roadmap based on patterns observed across your account portfolio.
  • Stay current on trends in mobile user acquisition, rewarded advertising, and the broader AdTech landscape, and translate those trends into forward-looking recommendations for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple high-value accounts and competing priorities simultaneously, consistently delivering results in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

    Experience
  • 5+ years in account management, sales, or business development within AdTech, mobile advertising, user acquisition, or a related performance marketing field, with a track record of managing strategic or high-value accounts.
  • Demonstrated history of growing advertiser accounts, exceeding revenue targets, and managing complex client relationships end-to-end, including through periods of ambiguity or account distress.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset
  • A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to ambiguity — able to break down a messy, undefined problem into testable pieces rather than waiting for someone else to define the issue.
  • Proven track record of resolving complex, cross-functional issues independently, with sound judgment on when to dig in personally versus when to mobilize the right internal stakeholders.
  • Genuine curiosity about "why" — treats every escalation or performance dip as a question to be answered with data, not just a ticket to be closed.
  • Resilience and resourcefulness when the first solution doesn't work; iterates quickly and knows how to course-correct without losing partner confidence.
  • Comfortable being the person others turn to when a problem doesn't have a clear owner or an obvious answer.
  •   Analytical Strength
  • Comfortable working with performance data and KPIs including CPI, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, and LTV, using them not just to report performance but to drive root-cause diagnosis.
  • Able to diagnose campaign performance issues, interpret trends, and translate data into concrete, strategic recommendations for partners.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Sheets, BI dashboards, and CRM platforms.
  •   Industry Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of mobile user acquisition strategies, rewarded advertising mechanics, and performance marketing models.
  • Strong familiarity with the gaming publisher and advertiser ecosystem, including how game studios approach UA spend, retention, and LTV optimization.
  • Experience with offerwalls or rewarded ad networks strongly preferred.
  •   Communication & Collaboration
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and problem resolutions clearly to both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, and technical teams to deliver for clients and drive issues to closure.
  • Skilled at building trust with partners and maintaining long-term relationships grounded in accountability, transparency, and results — especially when the news isn't good.
  •   Mindset
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and commercially oriented — takes full ownership of outcomes and thrives with minimal oversight.
  • Views obstacles as puzzles to be solved rather than blockers to be escalated.
  • Comfortable managing multiple high-stakes accounts and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Curious and growth-focused, with a genuine interest in the intersection of gaming and performance advertising, and a desire to mentor others.
