Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Fulton location (102 W 6th St). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and route planning tools
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service and handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Verify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracy
• Maintain organized records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmations
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and prevent damage during transport
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues
• Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the organization

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate using GPS and route planning technology
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle deliveries
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
• Preferred: Familiarity with the local Fulton area
