About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Data Operations Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about data accuracy and client success. You will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing and auditing location data through our tools and processes and providing location management related services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support to clients on location data using our proprietary tools

• Perform data manipulation tasks and resolve discrepancies according to established guidelines and best practices

• Provide customer facing services that increase customer satisfaction and retention

• Deliver audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards

• Ensure timely completion of deliverables, meeting agreed SLAs and personal targets

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide seamless client support.
  
  What We’re Looking For:

• A professional with 1-2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.A detail-oriented professional with a passion for data accuracy and client success.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed processes.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in data manipulation and audit processes is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets a plus

• Proficient in AI utilisation is a major plus
