Customer Service Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders – Process and follow up on orders from acceptance to delivery
• Manage customer relationships – Handle customer requests, questions and claims
• Coordinate deliveries – Check availability, prepare documents and coordinate shipments
• Support quotations – Prepare quotations and coordonate regarding alternatives, where needed
• Ensure data accuracy – Provide correct input for master data management
• Solve problems and improve processes – Address daily issues and support process improvements

Qualifications:

• Education & experience – University/college graduate with relevant experience; experience in a similar or BPO role is an advantage
• Language skills – Excellent German skills
• Tools & systems – Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP/CRM experience is an advantage
• Customer & communication skills – Strong communication, team spirit and customer focus, especially in a B2B environment
• Analytical & problem-solving skills – Fact-driven, able to identify issues, assess options and find practical solutions
