Job Description

As a member of our CRM Sales team, you will play a key role in our future success. CRM & Industry Solutions is a rapidly growing focus area for ServiceNow, and you will help drive that growth with support from the business unit and executive team.

ServiceNow is seeking a CRM Specialist Account Executive who is a customer-facing domain expert in configure, price, and quote (CPQ) and creates innovative business solutions with our customers across Australia and New Zealand. You will help drive market success for ServiceNow’s CRM & Industry solutions. These products are built on our industry-aligned, market-leading platform and give enterprises a single source of truth, so quoting, pricing, and order processes run on consistent information.

What you will do:

  • The CRM Specialist Account Executive builds client relationships and contributes to quarterly and annual sales quotas across ANZ, partnering with account executives and solution consultants to create and close CPQ opportunities.
  • Develop a CPQ sales strategy for ANZ, including a target prospect list and a regional plan
  • Lead CPQ discovery and value conversations with commercial, finance, and operations leaders
  • Work with Solution Consulting to deliver “art of the possible” demonstrations of ServiceNow’s CPQ capabilities
  • Partner with account executives across ANZ to build and progress CPQ pipeline in their accounts
  • Manage the sales process through to opportunity close
  • Support ANZ partner channels to deliver an effective customer experience
  • Use internal tools to manage leads and produce accurate forecasts and territory plans
  • Research prospects and accounts using CRM data, social media, search engines, and AI tools
  • Regular travel across ANZ is expected

How you work:

You are a go-getter and a hunter who creates opportunity rather than waiting for it. You are comfortable picking up the phone to open doors, and you bring original ideas and a clear point of view on how CPQ improves commercial outcomes. You are a creator, not an aggregator: you build the pipeline and the strategy yourself.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI to work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, such as using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, or assessing AI’s impact on your function or industry
  • 12+ years in sales, with a record of generating new business for enterprise-class customer experience or other business solutions
  • Experience selling into enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand
  • Experience with CPQ, pricing, quoting, or sales operations solutions is highly desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of sales force automation, customer service management, enterprise resource planning, or other business application technologies is ideal
  • Experience managing short and long complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of business sales processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
