CORE C2C PCA Deployment Manager 

Ensures compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g., general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions). Controls and reconciles accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts). Prepares accounting reports and schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and external audiences (compliance reporting), including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, and budget reporting. In some organizations, may manage cost accounting and budgeting, including allocation of direct/indirect costs, variance analysis, and budget preparation and oversee accounts payable/receivable and/or credit & collections.

Main responsibilities:

• Support CORE program team in preparation, implementation and open topics
• Support in driving fit-to-template workshops concerning implementation of CORE template in countries
• Testing of new functionalities of the system – supporting UATs
• Supporting the exploratory testing
• Guiding and supporting users in implementation of new functionalities
• Documenting process
• Coordinating with global stakeholders with regards to implementation
• Cutover management  
• Supporting Data migration

Core competences and skills:

1. Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on, Order to Cash or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience;
2. Experience in Pricing / Commercial agreements area coming operations or projects
3. 7+ years of experience in Contract-to-cash or Supply Chain Management
4. English: fluent in speech and writing
5. Strong communication and presentation skills;
6. Proactive can-do attitude
7. Advanced MS Office
8. Advanced experience with ERP systems.
9. Advanced SAP experience
10. Problem solving skills
11. Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment;
12. Willingness and availability to travel
