Job Description

• Ensure consistent food quality and maintain standardized recipes and presentation for all Tandoor dishes in accordance with Accor brand standards.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Tandoor cuisine, including kebabs, naan, roti, and other Indian specialties.

• Maintain cost effectiveness by minimizing food wastage and using ingredients efficiently.

• Follow HACCP procedures and ensure proper documentation of food safety and hygiene records.

• Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

• Strive to exceed guest expectations through consistent food quality, taste, and service.

• Follow menu plans, recipes, and instructions provided by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

• Assist in the smooth operation of the Tandoor section and ensure the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Tandoor workstation, kitchen equipment, and surrounding areas.

• Monitor the freshness, quality, storage, and labelling of ingredients in accordance with food safety standards.

• Ensure proper temperature control, safe handling, and storage of food items.

Qualifications

•3-4 Years of experience in Culinary Tandoor Cuisine with branded hotels..

•Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or any other equivalent qualifications.

•Ability to enhance organizational performance
