CNC Machinist

We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery to produce precision components. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to interpret blueprints, and a commitment to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.   Salary: $32-35/hour   #LAT

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment)
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Load materials, install tooling, and adjust machine settings for optimal performance
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure parts meet required tolerances
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machining issues
• Edit basic CNC programs (G-code) as needed to improve efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
