Contract: Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension

About the role:

At CHANEL, we create exceptional experiences for our clients through craftsmanship, service excellence, and human connection. We are looking for a passionate Chinese Translator to support our boutique team in serving Mandarin-speaking clients and delivering a seamless luxury experience.

What impact you can create at Chanel:

• Provide accurate verbal interpretation between Thai and Mandarin Chinese for clients and boutique teams.
• Support Fashion Advisors in delivering personalized service to Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Facilitate effective communication while ensuring cultural sensitivity, commercial objectives, and CHANEL brand image are maintained.
• Assist with client interactions, product presentations, and boutique operations where language support is required.
• Support other retail and administrative assignments as needed.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Strong proficiency in Thai and Mandarin Chinese; HSK Level 4 or above preferred.
• Previous translation, interpretation, customer service, or retail experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of Chinese culture and customer expectations.
• Passion for fashion, luxury, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Comfortable working on a roster-based schedule for Suvarnabhumi airport boutique location, including weekends and public holidays.
• Open to joining on an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of contract extension based on business needs and performance.
