What is the job about?

As our Chief Finance Business Partner, IND - IMEA, you will be a trusted finance leader and key member of the global finance leadership community. Acting as the single point of contact for all financial matters within the IND IMEA performance unit, you will partner closely with business leaders to shape strategy, drive performance, and deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

This is a highly visible individual contributor role where you will co-own business outcomes, influence strategic decisions, and transform finance through digitalisation, automation, and AI-driven insights.

Your key responsibilities

• Partner with the IND IMEA leadership team to translate business strategy into actionable financial roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable performance indicators.
• Drive end-to-end business performance management by providing visibility into EBIT, cash flow, operational drivers, emerging risks, and growth opportunities.
• Lead annual target setting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews while ensuring transparency and financial discipline across the value chain.
• Influence business decisions through data-driven insights, scenario planning, and proactive financial guidance.
• Drive pricing strategy and profitability improvements in close collaboration with commercial teams, supporting customer negotiations with robust financial analysis.
• Champion the Finance Delivery Model and continuously improve finance processes, reporting structures, systems, and governance.
• Leverage AI, Copilot, and digital agents to automate reporting, enhance forecasting accuracy, improve decision-making, and identify high-impact transformation opportunities.
• Promote a culture of digital finance adoption and continuous improvement across the organisation.

What do you need to apply?

• CA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience across the full value chain within multinational organisations.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making.
• Strong experience working in international markets and influencing stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultures.
• Advanced business acumen with the ability to convert complex financial data into actionable business insights and compelling narratives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience using AI, Copilot, and digital tools to enhance financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis.
• Willingness to relocate internationally for this role and future career development opportunities.
