Channel Operations Lead

THE POSITION  

• Be a key driver of commercial excellence by shaping channel strategies and business decisions that positively impact healthcare professionals and patients across Thailand .  
• Lead channel planning and operational excellence initiatives to enable sustainable business growth and outstanding customer engagement .  
• Based in Bangkok, Thailand, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Business Analytics teams to transform insights into impactful business actions .  

   

  Tasks & R esponsibilities  

• Lead channel performance monitoring and identify business opportunities through data-driven insights.  
• Develop and execute channel operations strategies aligned with business  objectives and customer needs .  
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and commercial execution.  
• Manage business planning processes, target  settings , and performance tracking.  
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and  timely delivery of business insights to stakeholders.  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across channel operations .  

         

  Requirements  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Life Sciences, Analytics, or related fields .  
• Minimum 2 years  of p roven experience in Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, S ales O perations, or C hannel M anagement within the Life Science industry.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations .  
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment .  
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis or visualization tools; experience with business intelligence platforms and project management tools is an advantage .  
• Proficiency for English in professional level and fluent in Thai are required.
