-
Stakeholder & Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customer teams (CDO/CE) and external accounts, ensuring proactive communication on orders, deliveries, and fulfillment status.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with local Customer Development Teams (CDTs) and Logistics to troubleshoot delivery issues, eliminate supply chain inefficiencies, and execute cost-saving initiatives such as plant-direct and consolidated shipments.
-
System Execution & Compliance: Utilize SAP order processing and fulfillment applications (including APO) to manage order flow efficiently, minimizing manual intervention ("touches") while enforcing sales terms and policies.
-
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor Customer Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze performance data, and prepare weekly and monthly customer service and cost-to-serve updates for local/division CDTs and CS&L management.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
-
3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Logistics, Sales, or Supply Chain operations.
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-
Professional fluency in English (100% written and verbal communication).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience working within the Consumer Processed Goods (CPG) industry.
-
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for order processing and fulfillment.
-
Hands-on experience with SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) module.
-
Strong cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution skills when managing order exceptions, customer returns, and refusals.
-
Demonstrated ability to analyze cost-to-serve metrics and logistics data to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
-
Hands-on proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
