What awaits you?

• Overall responsibility for Customer Interaction Management (CIM) and Omni-Channel Sales (OCS) within The New Retail project
• Securing the complete rollout of the online, offline and phygital premium customer journey in the field of CIM & OCS.
• Secure the connection of all relevant central and local interfaces, which have an impact on the functioning of the model, taking local requirements into consideration.
• Strive for, achieve and maintain premium customer experience in the area of new car sales and ensure the required market potential exploitation.
• Decide on a sustainable collaboration with other workstreams related to all customer interaction processes and omni-channel sales topics.
• Guarantee a seamless integration of CIC structures in current set up in order to meet the customer’s premium service expectations in terms of the direct sales model strategy.
• First point of contact in the market for process and system related operational issues.
• Responsible to support escalation management within Incident support model.
• In charge of communication of new developments and system features.
• Supports Field Managers in terms of project related topics.

 What should you bring along?

• Degree in business or informatics (IT or similar education or professional experience).

• Notable experience with CRM systems preferably Salesforce.
• Project management skills to steer projects in an international environment.
• Conceptual skills with the ability to relate given targets to direct operations necessities.
• Fluent in English

• Hands on and self-driven attitude with excellent communication skills operations necessity
