At DSV, we keep the world's supply chains moving, and we're looking for a detail-driven Business Support Specialist to join our Contract Logistics team.

This is more than a billing role. You'll be a key partner to Operations, Finance, Transport, Customer Service, and our customers, ensuring accurate invoicing, supporting financial performance, and identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and profitability across the business.

About the Role

As a Business Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the commercial and financial success of our operations. You'll combine analytical thinking with strong stakeholder engagement to ensure accurate billing, meaningful reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Working across multiple functions, you'll help deliver exceptional service to customers while providing the insights that drive operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer billing and invoicing processes.
• Analyse operational and warehouse data to ensure accurate customer charging and revenue recognition.
• Monitor unbilled transactions and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare financial and operational reports that support business decisions.
• Review customer, contract, and site performance through GP, EBIT and P&L analysis.
• Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve billing queries and enhance service delivery.
• Support month-end activities, including accruals, reconciliations and journal adjustments.
• Maintain customer master data, contract updates and pricing reviews.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support compliance, governance and audit requirements.

About You

You are commercially minded, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve positive business outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Billing or a similar business support role.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and systems experience, ideally within WMS or ERP platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
