Business Process Specialist II - Enterprise Sales Analytics

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Business Process Specialist II (BPS) to support Enterprise Sales Analytics. As a Cintas BPS II, you will ensure business process functionality is properly utilized within Enterprise Sales Analytics and serve as a key support resource to the Enterprise Segments; conduct evaluation of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives. Develop and deliver training programs or presentations, communicating process revisions to the organization. 

Responsibilities:  

Solutions Analysis 

• Analyzes and tests current processes to determine effectiveness and efficiency. Be proactive in identifying, resolving and communicating business process issues. Ensure management is informed and involved in location level issue resolution. 
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all computer systems, reports, and procedures that affect the process. 

Support 

• Serve as a key resource for Enterprise Sales Analytics process and provide operational support. segment sales, segment operations, and segment support partners during process changes and deployment of system releases. Serve as the liaison between central COE and Enterprise Segment(s). 

Communication 

• Communicate and interact collaboratively with other business areas to accomplish job tasks and achieve goals. 

Training Development and Delivery 

• Serve as a key resource in the development and delivery of training programs or presentations communicating process revisions to the organization. Assist  Enterprise Sales Analytics and train new or tenured partners or managers as requested by management. Ensure Segment partners comprehend and implement training content. Consult and cross-train Enterprise Sales Analytics partners as needed. 

Knowledge Management 

• Communicate and interact collaboratively with other business areas to accomplish job tasks and achieve goals. Maintain a thorough understanding of all computer systems, reports, and procedures that affect Enterprise Sales Analytics processes. Ensure changes to the process are understood and procedures are followed to provide a consistent, standardized business process.

Skills/Qualifications

Required: 

• High School diploma or GED equivalent. 
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience and knowledge of the area in which processes are being evaluated and improved. Proficient knowledge and experience handling complex issues in the applicable area. 

Preferred: 

• Bachelor’s degree
