Position: Business Operations Associate Job Description:

What You will Be Doing

 Roles & Responsibilities

 Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Proactively track and expedite orders, resolving issues to maintain timelines. Identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and develop SOPs to improve efficiency. Leverage ERP/Ariba and reporting tools to drive visibility and support decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

 Key Requirements & Core Competencies

3+ years of experience in Order Management / Supply Chain / Operations

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes

 Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and Ariba portal

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

 Exposure to Power BI and data analytics is a plus

 Familiarity with global trade compliance and tariffs is highly preferred

Willing to take ownership and can manage work independently.

Need to be proactive and solution-oriented, not just task-driven.

Can coordinate across teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

Communicate confidently and clearly in English (verbal & written).

Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including nights).

 Open to working on Indian public/national holidays.
