Job Description

1. Connect with the prospects, understand their requirements and present the products
2. Update and maintain CRM
3. Achieve monthly sales targets
4. Have an extensive understanding of products/services

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, with experience in managing sales pipelines and meeting conversion goals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain product value to diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust, handling objections, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in education, edtech, or consumer sales and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (business, marketing, or related fields preferred) and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
• Beneficial attributes include strong problem-solving abilities, resilience in a target-driven environment, comfort with phone and video-based selling, and a learner-centric mindset.
