We are looking for a Business Change Manager who will be responsible for execute solution-related business tasks during project preparation, exploration, realization and deployment phases, under the direction of the FBCM Lead.Support requirement clarification and GAP handling activities by preparing business input, documenting gaps, supporting business decisions and alignment with template principles.Support definition and execution of business test scope, including preparation of test scenarios, coordination of test execution, defect logging, retesting and solution validation.Execute and support business cut-over activities, including preparation of business cut-over plans, readiness checks and execution support.Support data migration activities from a business perspective, including validation of migrated data, reconciliation activities and sign-off support.Support defect and issue resolution during testing and hyper-care by clarifying business impact, validating fixes and supporting closurePrepare and maintain solution-related documentation, including requirement logs, GAP descriptions, test evidence, migration validation and readiness checklists. Report solution execution progress, risks and dependencies to the FBCM Lead, with focus on solution completeness and readiness.

• You support validation of SAP solution design through requirements, testing and data validation.
• You contribute to a controlled transition into operations through cut-over and hyper-care support.
• Your primary accountability is solution execution, correctness and readiness from a Finance business perspective.
• Delineation of the BCM Solution Specialist role
• Solution ownership remains with IT, BA, GPO and MDM.
• Overall solution facilitation and prioritization remain with the FBCM Lead.
• Project governance remains with the Project Manager.
• Change and adoption activities are owned by Change Management.
• The BCM Solution Specialist is accountable for executing solution-focused business tasks, not changing management.

• Act as executing Finance business contributor for solution-related project activities.
• Build sufficient understanding of assigned Finance processes, SAP solution elements and data structures to:
• Validate solution behaviour against business needs.
• Support constructive dialogue with IT and GPOs.
• Support business requirement and GAP handling by:
• Documenting business needs and deviations.
• Supporting fit-to-standard decisions and approvals.
• Support business testing by:
• Preparing test scenarios and test data.
• Executing and coordinating tests with Finance users.
• Logging, validating and retesting defects.
• Support data migration and cut over by:
• Validating business data.
• Supporting readiness checks and execution steps.
• Support stabilization by:
• Validating fixes during hyper-care.
• Supporting business confirmation of solution readiness.

Qualifications:

• 3 years in a similar position.
• Good experience in executing solution-focused Finance BCM activities within SAP implementations (e.g. requirements and GAP handling, test scope definition and execution, business cut-over, data migration, defect resolution), with strict focus on solution readiness and execution quality as directed by the FBCM Lead.
• Hands-on experience supporting Finance business solution execution across SAP project phases, ensuring that solution-related business inputs are complete, validated, and aligned with the approved template and design.
• Solid understanding of SAP Finance and related integration points, preferably within core modules FI, CO and with basic exposure to MM, SD and master data concepts, to enable effective participation in requirement clarification, testing and cut-over activities.
• Experience working with SAP as a business user and/or exposure to SAP configuration and solution concepts, allowing effective interaction with IT and accurate validation of delivered solutions.
• Finance educational background or operational finance experience is preferred, to ensure solution assessments are grounded in real business processing and operational needs.
• Experience contributing to SAP rollout or deployment activities, with strong emphasis on solution validation, testing execution and transition into operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP Activate or similar delivery methodology, to execute solution activities in alignment with project phases and milestones.
• Ability to work in structured, detail-oriented execution mode, supporting solution delivery through disciplined documentation, follow-up and issue resolution.
