Our CIC Operation team, specifically the Long-term Rental Operations function at BMW Financial Services Korea, handles operational processes such as vehicle registration, supporting inspection agencies, and reporting to administrative authorities. We contribute to the smooth continuation of the rental business by providing accurate support in accordance with established administrative procedures.

What awaits you?

• Support new vehicle registration for long-term rental contracts and communicate with dealer partners.
  신규 장기렌트 계약 건의 신차 등록 및 딜러사 커뮤니케이션을 지원합니다 .
• Assist in insurance contract management, including policy enrollment, termination, and amendments for rental vehicles.
  장기렌트 차량의 보험 가입 , 해지 및 조건 변경 등 자동차 보험 계약 관리 업무를 지원합니다 .
• Perform administrative tasks and communicate with relevant authorities (e.g., Vehicle Registration Office).
  차량등록사업소 등 행정기관과의 커뮤니케이션 및 관련 행정 업무를 수행합니다 .
• Monitor the accuracy of registered base addresses for company-owned vehicles and submit correction requests.
  당사 명의 차량의 사용 본거지 주소를 모니터링하고 , 행정기관 대상 경정신청을 담당합니다 .
• Review the appropriateness of documents for authorized seal affixation requests and support reporting tasks.
  사용인감 날인 신청 문서의 적정성을 검토하고 , 보고 업무를 지원합니다 .
• Assist in preparing and responding to financial transaction confirmation letters for corporate clients' financial closing.
  법인 고객의 결산을 위한 금융거래조회서 자료를 준비하고 , 회신 업무를 보조합니다 .
• Provide general administrative and operational support for long-term rental business operations.
  기타 장기렌트 사업 운영에 필요한 제반 행정 및 운영 업무를 지원합니다 .

What should you bring along?

• Native-level fluency in Korean is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  원어민 수준의 한국어 능력을 보유하신 분
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  Excel, PowerPoint, Word  등 OA 프로그램 활용에 능숙하신 분
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility
  꼼꼼한   업무   처리   능력과   책임감을   갖추신   분
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  원활한   커뮤니케이션   역량을   보유하신   분
• Fluent English communication skills 
  영어 커뮤니케이션이 능숙하신 분
• Previous internship experience in a related field or advanced IT skills is a plus
  관련   업무   인턴십   경험이   있거나   상용   소프트웨어   활용   능력이   우수한   분 우대
